New Edition of the Digital Skills Course for SME Managers from LabPyme and EOI

CEEI Elche is once again collaborating with the free Digital Skills Course for SME Managers, as part of the "Generación Digital Pymes" program, an initiative funded by the European Union (NextGenerationEU) and managed by the EOI Foundation, an entity attached to the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Tourism through the General Secretariat for Industry and SMEs.
This course is aimed at management profiles of SMEs with between 10 and 249 employees, and up to two people per company can participate. The objective is to provide free training to highly qualified professionals within the organization in the knowledge and skills necessary to drive the management of their companies' digital transformation projects. The course will begin on April 23rd and end on July 30th. Pre-registration is now open .
With this training, participants will be able to improve their productivity and opportunities for growth and internationalization, as well as reduce the gender digital divide by increasing the number of women familiar with the digital environment of SMEs.
This course was made possible thanks to LabPyme, a business association formed by UCAM, Verne Academy, Tecon, and Aquora. These entities have developed a transformative project focused on the needs of SMEs, with each institution contributing a complementary perspective to the program. This training will enhance the skills of 1,085 students from the Valencian Community and 650 from Castilla-La Mancha.
The hybrid model has been chosen for the course, which will include online and in-person sessions. The online sessions will last three hours, from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The in-person sessions will last five hours, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The in-person classes will be held at CEEI Elche. The organization is also helping to disseminate this comprehensive and relevant course, so that companies in the province of Alicante have access to more tools to improve and maintain their competitiveness.
Upon completion of the course, participants will earn a university degree from UCAM and will be able to increase their influence in the business ecosystem through digitalization processes, integrate new technologies into all areas of the company to optimize processes, reduce the digital divide, increase automation systems, improve relationships with customers and suppliers, and optimize the creation, allocation, and acquisition of KPIs.
