On Friday, June 20, at 8:00 p.m., the Municipal Theater will be transformed into a magical space to host Candlelight: Tribute to Queen, a unique and exciting concert where the music is both heard and felt in a different way.

As part of the international Candlelight concert format, this production lights up the space with hundreds of candles, creating an intimate and immersive atmosphere that transforms each chord into a multisensory experience. On this occasion, the Salzillo Quartet will perform a repertoire dedicated entirely to Queen, one of the most iconic bands in the world.

The audience will be able to enjoy classics such as Bohemian Rhapsody, Somebody to Love, We Will Rock You, Don't Stop Me Now, Love of My Life, among others, with arrangements for string quartet that reveal new textures and nuances. The experience is completed with a bar service available one hour before the start, to begin the evening with
good taste and in the perfect environment.

The Torrevieja Musical Union - Barcelona Clarinet Players

On Sunday, June 22, at 12:00 p.m., the Municipal Theater will also host an extraordinary symphonic concert that will unite, for the first time in Torrevieja, the Unión Musical Torrevejense with the Barcelona Clarinet Players, one of the most prestigious clarinet quartets on the international scene.

Recognized for their virtuosity, their commitment to contemporary creation, and their ability to connect with diverse audiences, the Barcelona Clarinet Players have performed in important venues in Europe, Asia, and America, and are responsible for a unique and innovative repertoire that has enriched chamber and symphonic music around the world.

On this occasion, they will perform a special program alongside the historic UMT, including two original works written especially for this group, in a concert that promises to be a turning point in the city's musical calendar.
