Crossing the chasm towards Early Adopters
This session focuses on tactical brand activation for launch and growth. We'll learn how to identify and win over the initial "tribe" (Early Adopters) who will validate the business model. We'll translate the brand strategy into an action plan: defining the impactful Customer Journey, choosing the channels (the "HOW") where we're visible, and designing a launch campaign that builds trust and psychological security in the user. The goal is to move from having a great product to having a brand with market traction.
