Tomorrow, Wednesday, April 8, the stormwater drainage works will resume on Ramón Gallud Street, at its intersection with María Parodi.

The Torrevieja Local Police Department informs the public that, starting tomorrow, Wednesday, from 10:00 a.m., and until mid-June, the rainwater drainage works being carried out by AGAMED on Ramón Gallud Street, at its intersection with María Parodi Street, will resume.

Due to these works, road traffic in this section will be affected throughout the entire period of execution of the works, with duly signposted temporary diversions being established.

In this regard, cars, motorcycles and personal mobility vehicles (scooters) accessing via Ramón Gallud street must divert towards the promenade via Azorín street, or turn left to continue along Joaquín Chapaprieta street.

On the other hand, trucks, heavy goods vehicles and buses will not be allowed to access this section, and must use Orihuela Street.

It is also reported that the bus stop located near the Hotel Fontana is temporarily suspended while the works are underway.

The Local Police are requesting the cooperation of citizens, recommending that drivers respect the temporary signage and plan their journeys in advance to avoid incidents.
