The City Council, through the Departments of Sports and Youth, will broadcast the decisive match between Spain and Austria on a giant screen on Thursday, July 2nd, with free admission until capacity is reached.
The Torrevieja City Council, through the Departments of Sports and Youth, will reopen the doors of the Municipal Theatre so that residents and visitors can enjoy together the live broadcast of the World Cup round of 32 match between the Spanish National Team and Austria next Thursday, July 2, at 9:00 p.m.
After the extraordinary atmosphere experienced in the first broadcast of the championship, the Municipal Theatre will once again become the great meeting point for Torrevieja fans to support La Roja in a decisive match, in which Spain will seek passage to the round of 16 and continue its journey towards the world title.
The doors of the Municipal Theatre will open at 8:00 p.m., one hour before the start of the event, scheduled for 9:00 p.m. Admission is free until the theatre reaches capacity.

The Councillor for Sports, Diana Box, emphasized that "the World Cup is experienced in a very special way when shared. We want to fill the Municipal Theatre again with fans who will cheer on our team together in a crucial match to keep our dream of the title alive. We are convinced that we will once again experience an unforgettable night of excitement, camaraderie, and passion for football."
For his part, the Councillor for Youth, Domingo Paredes, stated that "we continue to be committed to offering free leisure activities that promote interaction among young people, families, and sports fans. The fantastic atmosphere during the first broadcast encourages us to repeat this initiative so that Torrevieja can once again enjoy such an important event as the World Cup Round of 16 together."
The Departments of Sports and Youth encourage all residents and visitors to come to the Municipal Theatre wearing the colors of the Spanish national team to create a festive atmosphere and genuine fandom, once again turning this cultural space into the stage where the enthusiasm of an entire country can be shared.
