TECHNICAL REPORT ON THE PUBLIC CONSULTATION PRIOR TO THE DRAFTING OF THE DRAFT ORDINANCE ON GREEN AREAS, NATURAL AREAS AND STREET TREES OF THE TORREVIEJA CITY COUNCIL

The Councillor-Delegate for Parks and Gardens, together with the General Director of Urban Planning, Projects and Infrastructure and Basic Services, dated January 31, 2025 (CSV: 6JC7GDZAPEWW97LSLZ5F96HPE), signed the proposal to begin actions for the drafting of the draft Ordinance on Green Zones, Natural Areas and Street Trees of the Torrevieja City Council. In accordance with the provisions of article 133 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (hereinafter LPACAP), prior to the preparation of the Municipal Ordinance Regulating Urban Cleaning of the Torrevieja City Council, this public consultation is being carried out to gather the opinion of the subjects and the most representative organizations potentially affected by said Ordinance about:

1. Problems to be solved

2. Need and opportunity for approval

3. Objectives of the regulations

4. Possible regulatory and non-regulatory solutions

Public Consultation The purpose of the prior public consultation process is to gather the opinions of citizens, organisations and associations in order to be able to draw up a proposal for an Urban Cleaning Ordinance. Citizens, neighbourhood associations, environmental organisations, professionals in the sector and any other interested person are invited to submit their opinions and suggestions. To this end, a period of 20 working days is enabled from the publication of this consultation on the Town Hall's electronic headquarters. Suggestions and contributions to this prior public consultation may be made in writing to the General Registry of the Torrevieja Town Hall in person or via the electronic headquarters, with reference to the file number and subject that appear in the header, within a period of 20 working days from the day following publication.
