The Department of International Residents attends to foreigners who come to Torrevieja to live. We welcome and are here to support the integration process. We help with the registration and request for a residence certificate. We organize courses and events to promote knowledge of Spanish and integration in Torrevieja society.

We are a point of contact for citizens who do not speak Spanish. We serve in English, French, German, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish.

For non-EU immigrants who have been in Spain for three years, we process a social root report to regularize their situation from our Pangea office in Plaza Capdepont.

We reply by pangea@torrevieja.eu normally within one working day.
