Delegating the signature of the Mayor-President to the General Director of Urban Planning, Projects and Infrastructures and Basic Services, are limited to the scope of the Areas of their competence, which include: Urban Planning, Services, Projects, Parks and Gardens, Cleanliness Urban, Beaches, Activities, Transport and Environment, in matters of applications for subsidies to other Administrations or Public Bodies and in matters of requests for sectoral reports to the corresponding Public Administrations, required by Law, in the files that require them.
