Object: subsidies for projects, works and applied research and product development, to promote the ecological transition and innovation in the built environment Beneficiaries: any natural or legal person, public or private, that promotes sustainability and applied innovation in construction, reform or rehabilitation for projects and works, and applied research and product development projects

Help lines and amounts:

• Preparation and drafting of projects between €2,000 and €30,000 (NGDOs or non-profit entities), €2,000 and €10,000 (private community initiative) or €2,000 and €5,000 (individual).

• Execution of project works between €5,000 and €60,000 (NGDOs or non-profit entities), €5,000 and €40,000 (private community initiative) or €5,000 and €10,000 (private initiative for individual use).

• Applied research in the areas of interest indicated in point 1 of the call: between €2,000 and €30,000 (NGDOs or non-profit entities) or €2,000 and €20,000 (private initiative)

Coverage:

• NGDOs or non-profit entities: 70%

• Private initiative: 60% (for educational, residential, sports, cultural or health purposes with community use) or 50% (individual use)

• Program 3 (research): 75% (NGDOs or non-profit entities) or 50% (private initiative)
