Responsible: the interested party is informed that their personal data will be processed by the Torrevieja City Council (responsible for the treatment), with CIF P0313300F and address at Plaza Constitución nº5, 30181, Torrevieja, Alicante, and incorporated into the treatment system “Management of European Funds”.

Data Protection Delegate: Torrevieja City Council has the support and appointment of the Data Protection Delegate, whose contact details are: dpd@torrevieja.eu.

Purposes: personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing the provision of support to companies and entrepreneurs to attract European funds, as well as those others necessary to comply with administrative regulations, such as contacting you if necessary.

In addition, they will also be used if you give your consent for the sending of periodic information on the available European grants.

Legitimation: the processing of your personal data is legitimated in compliance with a legal duty of the person in charge derived from Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations; in Law 3/2000, of April 17, which creates the Valencian Employment and Training Service; as well as in Royal Decree Law 36/2020, of December 30, which approves urgent measures for the modernization of the Public Administration and for the execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan in all measures that help streamline and make its processing more flexible under Regulation (EU) 2021/241, of October 29, 2021.

In relation to the periodic sending of information of interest to you, the processing of your personal data is legitimized by your consent. Failure to provide the necessary data or information will result in us not being able to take your request into account. You have the right to revoke consent without affecting the treatment based on the consent prior to its withdrawal by sending an email to dpd@torrevieja.eu, indicating your opposition to the processing of your data for the purpose for which you gave your consent.

Deletion period: the data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from said purpose and the processing of the data. The provisions of the archives and documentation regulations will apply, and, in the case of sending information of interest, until the withdrawal of your consent.

Recipients: the data will be transferred in the legally established cases, namely, to those entities, public and/or private, with which the City Council requires to share their data for the management of the application, in this case to the Public Employment Service and Training of the Valencian Community (LABORA) for the justification of the service received.

International transfers: international data transfers are not foreseen.

Automated Decisions: No automated decisions are made.

Exercise of rights: to exercise the rights that proceed in accordance with the data protection regulations (access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, portability, as well as not being subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data, when proceed) against the processing of your personal data, you can send a letter to the general registry or the electronic headquarters of the Torrevieja City Council (exercise of rights, Data Protection procedures), or you can send an email to the following address dpd@torrevieja .eu, identifying yourself correctly.

AEPD: You can contact the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (www.aepd.es) to file a claim when you consider that your request has not been duly addressed.
