Purpose: Support investments in equipment, works and facilities for the commercial establishment, including computer applications and expenses derived from the creation of a web page linked to the establishment, aimed at the implementation of online sales or integration into an online platform of electronic commerce, to the establishments located or that will be implemented in the Valencian Community.

Beneficiaries: Individuals and commercial and similar companies classified as SMEs or micro-SMEs, which are not groups of natural or legal persons, public or private, civil partnerships, community property, or any other type of economic unit or separate assets without personality its own legal system, and that:

1. They are in possession of the artisan qualification document (in successive DCA references) duly updated and issued by the Generalitat or equivalent document issued by a Public Administration that certifies their status as artisan.

2. They carry out or are going to carry out commercial activity in the Valencian Community, in any of the activities according to:
– CNAE (Royal Decree 475/2007, of April 13, CNAE-2009): Section G, Division 47, except groups and classes 4726, 473, 4773, 478 and 479.

– IAE (Royal Decree Law 1175/1991, of September 28): First Section, Division 6, Groups:

– Group 64 except group 646 and heading 647.5.

– Group 65 except heading 652.1 and groups 654 and 655.

3. Being micro-SMEs, they carry out commercial activity in the Valencian Community in group 478 of the CNAE or in group 663 of the IAE.

b) Groups of trade or craft professionals, with headquarters or permanent delegation in the Valencian Community.

c) Associations and Federations, or any other form of union of associations, of consumers and users registered in the Public Registry of Associations of Consumers and Users of the Valencian Community that do not carry out economic activity.

d) Local entities

Actions that can be supported: The investments detailed in the object point can be allocated to equipment for the exhibition, storage and sale of the product, signage and identification of the establishment, security systems, accessibility, energy saving, waste treatment, etc. Only works carried out in the sales area of the
establishment.
The approved investment may not be less than 3,000 euros and the aid may reach 75% of the investment, with a limit of 40,000 euros per establishment in a period of three years.
Actions carried out from January 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023 are considered supportable.
Application period: From June 9 to 30, 2023.
