TORREVIEJA (10-18-2021). The Councilor for Culture of the Torrevieja City Council, Antonio Quesada, informs that starting tomorrow, Tuesday, October 19, the floating museums of Torrevieja, located in the port area of the town, will open to the public in their usual pre-pandemic hours.
In this way, from Tuesday to Saturday, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., residents and tourists will be able to enjoy visiting the museum's three main vessels: the Submarine S-61 Delfín, the Patrolman Albatros III, as well as well as the Pailebote Pascual Flores, who has just arrived from his tour of Europe and will be in Torrevieja until the middle of January 2022.
The exhibition area of the floating museums is completed by an auxiliary boat of the D21 destroyer ceded to Spain by the North American Navy, a salt boat tug from the 50s of the last 20th century, a submarine torpedo and a Spanish mine from the Second War.
