Focus SME and Entrepreneurship Event Vega Baja 22

The Focus SME and Entrepreneurship Vega Baja 22 event will aim to promote the socioeconomic development of Vega Baja del Segura through gastronomy and agriculture linked to tourism.

Entrepreneurs and SMEs in attendance will learn about the marketing opportunities for their products and services, in a region of reference, such as Vega Baja, attracting talent, promoting innovation and promoting tourism.

• Landscape and Flavors, the reflection of our gastronomy. Tourist destination:

  In this exhibition, the degree of relationship between the different elements that make up the value chain of gastronomic tourism in Vega Baja will be exposed, from the primary producer to the restaurateur, passing through accommodation, specialized shops, processing companies, tourist companies, etc. It will highlight how essential it is to promote these relationships to achieve a balanced development of gastronomic tourism.

  This paper is part of the Valencian gastronomic tourism value map project, developed by a team of researchers from the Department of Regional Geographic Analysis and Physical Geography of the University of Alicante, sponsored by an agreement with the Department of Tourism and Gasterra.
