Torrevieja hosts the XV Junior/Children's Spanish Swimming Championship by territorial federations

Almost 500 swimmers from 17 clubs from 16 territorial federations will participate in this Spanish Championship

The Torrevieja City Council and the Royal Spanish Swimming Federation (RFEN) join forces to present the 15th edition of the Spanish Junior/Children's Swimming Championship by Territorial Federations, from February 10 to 12, 2023. An annual event of this sport aquatic and which is a benchmark at the national level, in which the Provincial Council of Alicante and AGAMED also collaborate.

The Councilor for Sports, Diana Box, and the president of the RFEN, Fernando Carpena, have announced that almost 500 swimmers (male and female), specifically 491, from 17 clubs and 16 Territorial Federations, plus Andorra, will be present at the Pool Municipal Palace of Sports "Tavi y Carmona" during three intense days of competition. A very prominent event on the sports calendar of the Torrevieja sport that, in addition, can be followed by Live Streaming on RFEN TV.

The Valencian Community, host of this Spanish Championship, brings a representation of 46 swimmers, surpassing swimming powers such as the Community of Madrid and Andalusia. The most numerous is Catalonia with two more, 48. The party is served in Torrevieja, a paradise of tourism and sports.

About the Royal Spanish Swimming Federation

The Royal Spanish Swimming Federation (RFEN) is the entity in charge of organizing water sports in our country: Swimming, Water Polo, Jumping, Artistic Swimming and Open Water.
