Collaborative innovation: discovering new opportunities for business growth

Innovation is one of the business keys to develop in the current context, where the response to our needs is increasingly complex. For this reason, when creating our proposal for clients and consumers, we have to escape our own knowledge. Open or collaborative innovation allows us, exactly that, to collaborate with the talent of other people and organizations that interact in different innovation ecosystems, in order to generate new opportunities for business growth.

With these premises, the Innoteams project was born, an open space for innovation in which participating companies share knowledge to explore new opportunities and build innovation projects that enhance their growth in the markets. This form of innovation represents a new business model to get ahead in an increasingly uncertain and changing environment.

10:30 to 10:40 Institutional opening

At the opening we will have the interventions of:

• José Javier García, president of the CEEI Elche.

• Jorge Rodríguez, Vice President of Alicante for Cruise Tourism.

• Julia Company, CEO of IVACE.

10:40 to 11:10 Round table: "Open innovation, the key to the business future"

In this session, we will have companies, some of them belonging to the Association of Alicante for Cruise Tourism , participants in the Innoteams 22 pilot project, who will show their vision of collaborative innovation and the value it has in their organizations and will transfer us their experience with this project, as well as some of the challenges that lie ahead.

11:10 to 11:30 Presentation of the results of the Innoteams 22 Pilot Program and actions to be developed in 2023.

In this session, the main results obtained within the collaborative innovation work developed by the companies participating in the Innoteams 2022 pilot program will be shown. On the other hand, the novelties of the Innoteams 2023 project will be announced, within the new lines of performance of the Sommos Connecta program.
