Presented the XIX Fiscal Legal Seminar, to be held on Friday, March 17, at the Hotel Doña Monse

The Councilor for Security and Emergencies of the Torrevieja City Council, Federico Alarcón, together with the president of Rotary Torrevieja, María Ángeles Pérez, the lawyer and vice president, Miguel Zumaquero, and one of the members of Rotary and the organizing committee, Sergio Sáez, have Presented this morning the program of the XIX Fiscal Legal Conference of Rotary Club Torrevieja, which will be held on Friday, March 17, at the Hotel Doña Monse. This event aims to share and analyze the latest developments in the tax legal sector, while contributing to the club's social projects.

Miguel Zumaquero wanted to highlight that this year has been loaded with important and vital legislative changes that directly affect our professional practice, for which, as every year, they have made a great effort to be able to count on top-level speakers who clarify these issues.

The funds obtained by the club in these days are used for charitable purposes. Rotary will collaborate with the AFA Association, which does commendable work in our city.

The day will begin at 9:00 a.m. with the reception and delivery of accreditations.

At 09:30 the presentations will begin by the hand of Juan Elías Margarit Robles, a notary in Torrevieja and who will speak about "The obligation to Register in the Registry of Agents"

At 10:30 a.m., Leandro Blanco García-Lomas, magistrate of the Commercial Court number 3 of Murcia, will present the topic of the "Second Chance Law. Exoneration of Unsatisfied Liabilities.

At 12:30 pm, Ana Mullor, a specialist lawyer at the Cuatrecasas law firm, will speak on "The practical problems of international family law."

Luis Muñiz, head of the Administrative Secretariat of the AEAT Delegation in Alicante, will comment on "Tax News".

After the presentations, there will be a meal and delivery of diplomas to the attendees, at which time all the participants share the topics discussed during the day and the conclusions they have drawn about it.
