The Symphony Choir of the Municipal Choral School selected to participate in the V Children's and Youth Contest of Habaneras and Marine Song of Candas (Asturias)

The Municipal Board of Habaneras of Torrevieja announces that the SYMPHONY CHOIR of the Municipal Choral School has been selected to participate in the V Children's and Youth Contest of Habaneras and Marine Song of Candás (Asturias).

The Contest will take place next Saturday, March 11, at the Teatro Prendes de Candás at 8:00 p.m. This contest is one of the new stages of the youth choral world and of the habanera in our country. In its brief career, it has become a great benchmark for the habanera for the youngest.

In this fifth edition, the IES Mirasierra Choir of Madrid, the Youth Choir of the Gijón Professional Conservatory of Music and the Torrevieja Symphony Choir will participate.

The Coro Sinfonía's trajectory has been consolidated within the choral world, obtaining important awards in national and international competitions such as Cantonigrós (Barcelona), Cocentaina, Alicante, Villena and Ejea de los Caballeros (Zaragoza), among others.
