The Councilor for Infrastructure, Urban Management and Accessibility of the Torrevieja City Council, Sandra Sánchez, has announced the start of work on another of the phases included in the 2023 Reasphalting Plan.
Tomorrow, Monday, December 11, the resurfacing of Paris Street will begin, starting from Baleares Avenue, for milling and lifting of covers and, later, on Wednesday, December 13, the resurfacing will begin from that point along that same direction of circulation.
The work will be carried out for two weeks, which have been coordinated together with the traffic area of the Local Police, given that Paris Street is one of the main roads of the city with great intensity of traffic, being at the same time a street where urban transport stops and educational centers are located.
The work plan consists of the complete execution of the lane in the direction of circulation from Baleares Avenue to José Pérez Gómez Street, also the repair of a section of Salinero Street and then the other lane in the opposite direction of circulation of Paris Street together with the Complete resurfacing of Roma Street. The work will be completed with the painting of all horizontal road markings for a surface area close to 22,000 m2 of asphalt.
