The Councilor for Education of the Torrevieja City Council, Ricardo Recuero,
together with the members of the technical committee of the congress, Salvador Vicente,
Germán Gutiérrez and Álvaro Barrio, have presented the third edition of the
Education Congress “Reinventing education”, which will be held on Saturday, 9
March, at the International Auditorium of Torrevieja.
