8 new municipal workers have taken office today

Today two social educators, a social worker, three administrative assistants, a janitor and a computer technician have taken office.

The mayor of Torrevieja, Eduardo Dolón, and the Councilor for Personnel and Internal Regime, María José Ruiz, attended the inauguration of 8 new municipal workers this morning in the Plenary Hall of the City Council.

Specifically, there have been the appointments of two social educators, a social worker, three administrative assistants, a janitor and a computer technician.

María José Ruiz has reported that it is the first time that the Torrevieja City Council has social educators on its staff, a new figure in the Department of Social Welfare, since it currently has one who is part of the EMPUJU Employment Program. In addition, the IT department has been reinforced with a medium IT technician and an administrative assistant who become part of this department.

The Councilor for Personnel and Internal Regime has highlighted that the Government team continues to cover the casualties or dismissals that arise as quickly as possible, in order not to lose personnel and continue providing the best services to citizens.

Finally, the mayor, Eduardo Dolón, after the eight new municipal workers had been sworn in or promised their positions, welcomed them and encouraged them to work with great dedication to continue improving the quality of municipal services in Torrevieja.
