Tuesday, June 2, 2026 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

In this session, part of Tech FabLab's Business Spin-Offs program, we will explore how a company with a strong tradition and a physical product like Estrella Galicia has managed to drive its transformation through innovation, digitalization, and the adoption of new technologies. Through its innovation ecosystem, MOVE, we will learn how innovation can become a real tool for generating operational value, exploring new business opportunities, and anticipating market challenges.

Led by Gerard Gracia , we will explore Estrella Galicia's transformation model and how the company has integrated open innovation, collaboration with startups, and exponential technologies like artificial intelligence into its daily operations. The session will help you understand how to differentiate between operational and disruptive innovation, how to identify opportunities before the competition, and how to drive internal technology adoption in a human, practical, and efficient way.

In addition, real-world use cases related to consumption, distribution, and retail will be shared, with a special focus on the end-consumer experience. Gerard will also address real-world lessons learned: challenges, mistakes, and practical tips that can inspire industrial companies, especially in sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, and packaging.

A session designed to discover how to implement innovation in the company, connect with new technological solutions and understand artificial intelligence not as a threat, but as an ally to improve the productivity, efficiency and adaptability of teams.
