Documentation to present:

• Declaration of responsibility duly completed.
• Proof of payment of the corresponding fee (the document to be able to make the payment is delivered to the Urbanismo offices by email: Tasaurbanismo@torrevieja.eu ).
• Copy of the activity project signed by a competent technician (computer support).
• Technical certificate made by a competent technician indicating that the premises and the activity comply with current regulations.
• Electric bulletin.
• Certificate of maintenance of fire protection equipment.

Service cost:

It is based on an initial rate of 670.00 Euros that is multiplied by the following coefficients depending on the area and power of the premises (between 500 and 2000 Euros approximately).

Depending on the area of the premises:

• less than or equal to 100 m2: 0.75
• between 100 and 200 m2: 1
• between 200 and 400 m2: 1.25
• between 400 and 700 m2: 1.40
• greater than or equal to 700 m2: 1.75

Depending on the installed power expressed in Kw:

• less than or equal to 5.5 Kw: 1
• between 5.5 and 10 kW: 1.25
• between 10 and 18 kW: 1.50
• between 18 and 40 kW: 1.75
• greater than or equal to 40 Kw: 2

Carrying out the electronic procedure:

3. In the available procedures select the subject "Environment and Activities"
4. Start the electronic processing of the Responsible Statement or Communication on Activities.
