Formulation of complaints by users of tourist services

You may file your claim at any time you consider that your rights as a user of a tourist service have been violated, either in person at the establishment - by requesting the claim form - or in writing at the addresses indicated below.
However, if more than six months (minor infringement), one year (serious infringement) or two years (very serious infringement) have passed since the commission of the acts, the Administration is obliged to declare the infringement to have expired and to archive the proceedings.
In order to facilitate verification of the facts by the Tourist Inspection, it is recommended that the claim be submitted as soon as possible.
