How it works:
The program consists of 2 phases :
Needs analysis (Phase I)
This phase includes a personalized, assisted diagnostic system. An analysis of the company's level of digitalization will be carried out along three lines of action:
-
- Using ICT to improve competitiveness: productivity tools, CRM, ERP, and cloud computing.
- E-commerce.
- Digital marketing: SEO, SEM, web analytics, online reputation, mobile apps, email marketing.
This phase does not entail any cost for the company.
Implementation (Phase II)
Following this analysis, the beneficiary company may develop, in collaboration with specialized companies of its own choosing, the implementation of the projects recommended in the diagnostic phase. The company will pre-finance the entire expenditure of up to €7,000 plus 7% of indirect costs, with the aid intensity being 60% (it would receive up to €4,494). Additionally, the chamber's supervisor will monitor the plan.
