The Torrevieja University Venue and Hidraqua organize two conferences focused on the theme of water and the objectives of sustainable development

The first conference will take place this coming Friday, October 7, with the title "A glass of tap water, please" and will be given by David Ribes, manager-manager of Water Quality at Hidraqua Comunidad Valenciana, and Isidoro Andreu, Director of Hidraqua Clients in the Valencian Community.

The organizers explained that “having quality drinking water is one of the primary objectives of Hidraqua and its investee companies, carrying out an exhaustive surveillance and control of the quality of the water supplied to customers throughout the day, as well as as the decision making that allows the company to guarantee that the water for human consumption in the municipality is sanitary perfect ”.

This presentation will address the difference between the taste of water and its quality, with the main objective of clearing up many doubts regarding the consumption of tap water, about the perception and assessment of quality and its properties and, above all, the beliefs and false myths about the quality of tap water.

In an “open debate” format, this conference will also deal with customer service channels and the development of non-face-to-face channels; billing, how to read a water bill, concepts and fees or taxes incorporated in the water bill and digital bill. Likewise, the different payment methods available to the company will be addressed, as well as the facilities it offers in the payment of invoices.

Finally, the free Servialertas service will be presented, to maintain digital communications linked to the water contract, where information of special interest to all customers is offered.
