In the current BANI environment (fragile, anxious, non-linear and incomprehensible) every company seeks the sustainability of its business, but are we really making the right decisions and strategies for this? We will delve into an innovative management framework, learning about the different ingredients that make this theory a simple, agile and valuable practice.

Employee Experience is defined as a set of psychocognitive feelings about the experiential benefits of work. With a methodology based on Visual Thinking, we give you the appropriate tools to make the current diagnosis of everything that a person observes, feels and experiences in your company. We'll show you how to identify your teams' moments of truth and pain points. You will learn how to help your organization put people at the center of your management model with a dual approach: short and long term. The focus is the employee experience (EX) as a lever for growth and adaptation to new contexts of your teams and organization. The EX model enables organizations to quickly adapt to change, seize opportunities, and stay ahead in rapidly changing industries. The dynamics of the two sessions will be different from anything you have seen. We facilitate sessions from a team learning approach.

DOCUMENTATION : All attendees will be given a document that includes the resources used in the sessions for the proper use of the course and its subsequent monitoring. In addition, a document will be delivered with recommendations for relevant readings, as well as complementary material for those who want to delve deeper into the topic.

DAYS, TIME AND PLACE : September 18 and 19 from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (3 hours each session), 6 hours in total. The course will be taught online.
