CEEI Elche collaborates with the free Digital Skills Course for SME Managers framed in the "SME Digital Generation" program, an initiative financed by the European Union (NextGenerationEU) and managed by the EOI Foundation, an entity attached to the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism through the General Secretariat of Industry and SMEs.
This course is aimed at management profiles of SMEs between 10 and 249 employees , and up to a maximum of two people per company can participate in it. The objective is to train highly qualified professionals within the organization free of charge in the knowledge and skills necessary to promote the management of the digital transformation project of their companies. The course will begin in November and end in April. Pre-registration is now open .
With this training, participants will be able to improve productivity and their possibilities for growth and internationalization , as well as reduce the digital divide due to gender issues by increasing the number of women familiar with the digital environment of SMEs.
This course has been possible thanks to LabPyme , a group of companies formed by UCAM, Verne Academy, Tecon and Aquora. These entities have generated a transformative project focused on the needs of SMEs in which each institution contributes a complementary vision to the program. This training will improve the skills of 1,085 students from the Valencian Community and 650 from Castilla-La Mancha.
The hybrid model is chosen for the course, so there will be online sessions and in-person sessions . The online sessions will last three hours, from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The in-person ones from 4 to 5 hours, starting at 09:30 am.
In-person classes will take place at CEEI Elche . Furthermore, the entity helps to disseminate this complete and relevant course, so that companies in the province of Alicante have more tools at their disposal to improve and maintain competitiveness.
At the end of the course, participants will obtain a university degree issued by UCAM and valued at more than €10,000 and will be able to increase their influence in the business ecosystem thanks to digitalization processes, integrate new technologies in all areas of the company to optimize processes, reduce the digital divide, increase automation systems, improve relationships with customers and suppliers and optimize the creation, assignment and obtaining of KPIs.
Training content of the course
The course has a broad and very complete training program , which takes into account the current needs of SMEs. In addition to classes, participants will have up to 10 hours of mentoring.
The training modules are:
- Module 1: The company in the digital economy.
- Module 2: Transforming the customer experience.
- Module 3: Technologically enabling the transformation.
- Module 4: Managing change.
- Module 5: Sectoral use cases.
This planning tries to convert knowledge into action and seeks for all students to develop their company's "Digital Transformation Plan" in parallel to the course and implement it at the same time so that they can work with a real transfer methodology to the problem. particular to each of the attendees.
