1. Distribution of Consultations by Area of Care and Department/Entity

The five areas of care with the highest volume of consultations in the period from February 5 to May 29, 2025, were:

1. REGISTER - CENSUS AND STATISTICS

   • Total queries: 2029

   • Predominance of queries from foreigners (74.67%).

2. DOCUMENT REGISTRATION - PROP

   • Total queries: 819

   • Predominance of foreigners (59.10%).

3. OTHERS - OTHERS

   • Total queries: 816

   • Predominance of Spaniards (48.40%) and foreigners (51.60%).

4. CL@VE SUPPORT - PAC

   • Total queries: 643

   • Almost balanced consultations, with foreigners (61.74%) and Spaniards (38.26%).

5. AID (MANAGEMENT) - SOCIAL WELFARE

   • Total queries: 535

   • Predominance of foreigners (66.73%).

These areas account for the majority of inquiries, with high demand for services related to the census and administrative procedures .

2. Comparison between Consultations from Spaniards and Foreigners

• Overall, the data show a high percentage of inquiries from foreign citizens in most areas of care.

• The area with the greatest participation of Spaniards is DOCUMENT REGISTRATION - PROP , although foreigners also have a significant volume

3. Identification of Outliers

"REGISTER - CENSUS AND STATISTICS", " DOCUMENT REGISTRY - PROP" and the catch-all " OTHER" present figures significantly higher than the average and constitute special focuses of attention or resources from the PAC.

4. General Patterns

A clear pattern of increased demand is observed for basic processing services and registration and registration procedures . Areas such as CERTIFICATE REGISTRATION and DOCUMENT REGISTRATION show much higher demand, suggesting that these procedures are a priority and very common among citizens.

The demand for consultations from foreign citizens exceeds that of Spanish citizens in most areas, which indicates the importance of multilingual care and specific resources for the foreign population.

However, there is balance in some areas, such as the Minimum Vital Income (TGSS), Security, Fords and Coexistence (Local Police) and Urban Planning.

The concentration of queries in the "OTHER" section suggests the need to better categorize this block to improve the characterization of the services provided by the PAC.

The comparative chart of consultations by area of care, differentiating between Spaniards and foreigners, shows the proportion of consultations for each group in the different areas.
