• Descriptive memory of the activity.

Documentation to be submitted once the prior consent has been granted:

• Declaration of responsibility duly completed and signed by the owner (ANNEX I)
• Proof of payment of the corresponding fee (the document to make the payment is delivered to the offices of Urbanismo email: Tasaurbanismo@torrevieja.eu ).
• Copy of the activity project signed by a competent technician (on paper and computer support).
• Final certificate issued by a competent technician.
• Certificate that certifies the signing of an insurance contract (ANNEX II).
• Low voltage electrical installation bulletin.
• Favorable acoustic audit (if applicable)

Service cost:

• Activities with stay in the authorized location for 7 days or less:
  • whose occupied area is equal to or less than 500 m2: €180
  • whose occupied area is greater than 500 m2: €250
• Activities with stay in the authorized location for more than 7 days:
  • whose occupied area is equal to or less than 500 m2: €250
  • whose occupied area is greater than 500 m2: €300

Carrying out the electronic procedure:

3. In the available procedures select the subject "Environment and Activities"
4. Start the electronic processing of the Communication or Responsible Declaration of Activities and Public Shows.
