The SOMMOS connecta project aims to promote the innovative capacity and competitiveness of the business fabric through collaboration between companies and entities of the entrepreneurship ecosystem of the Valencian Community.

Listening to the experiences related to open innovation between long-standing companies and some emerging ones, offers a perspective very close to current reality. In which sectors there have been achievements, where the challenges and objectives are going and how to discover new applications that outline advances in the business fabric.

One of the business facets that need innovative involvement is customer relations, a specialty of Felipe García Rey. Although we are experiencing an unprecedented technological transformation and evolution, in the business world certain skills such as the development of customer experience are increasingly necessary.

Entities such as Harvard, Linkedin or Forbes recognize that knowing how to carry out the customer experience will be critical for any person who works for someone else, and regardless of the position they occupy and, of course, for anyone else who works for themselves... for the next 10 years!!

In this round table we will discover two pioneering companies in the construction sector: one with a long history such as Porcelanosa and another recently created: Viraje.

Through Blanca Peris, Manager of Porcelanosa Valencia and Raul Hinarejos, CEO of Viraje Arquitectura, we will learn very practical and real keys about innovation in the company. All this in a relaxed dialogue between both speakers that will not leave you indifferent.

Knowing how to generate an agreement, follow it correctly and achieve its achievement are parts of a process that, historically, is not taught to us in our formal education phase and it is, when we land in the business world, that we discover our shortcomings.
