This plantation helps regenerate one of the most threatened environments in the Mediterranean

In recent days, the Torrevieja City Council has carried out the transplant of 24 trees of the Ceiba Speciosa species, which for 30 years have been located on the sidewalks surrounding the Park of Nations.

The overall action will involve an estimated municipal investment of one million euros, and will involve the adaptation and landscaping of this entire space for the enjoyment of citizens.

Additionally, this coming Saturday, February 3, there will be a planting for families with children so they can enjoy a picnic in the middle of nature within the natural park.
