The Citizen Service Point (PAC), much more than a facilitator of registration certificates

Torrevieja's population is growing every year. And it seems that, along with this population increase, the need for citizens to conduct business with the City Council also grows. And not just with the City Council, but with other public administrations, such as the regional and national governments.
These are procedures in which, most of the time, citizens are unaware of who, where, and how to raise the issue and receive assistance.
At the municipal level, the decentralization of the departments and the services they provide across numerous municipal offices, including buildings located outside the city center, makes it more difficult for citizens to navigate.
In order to offer better service to citizens who come to City Hall for the first time to carry out procedures with the City Council or through it, with other public administrations, the Citizen Service Point (PAC) has been created.
The PAC is a service that provides guidance and assistance regarding municipal administrative procedures. It includes general and detailed information about the different areas or departments within the City Council, the steps that can be taken in each case, and specific assistance regarding each issue.
The PAC guides and directs citizens to other competent bodies to process and resolve the matter at hand: SUMA, the National Police, the Civil Guard, AGAMED, Social Security, etc.
His vocation is to serve people.
