The Department of Youth of the City Council of Torrevieja informs that the Youth European and Hostel Card is now available in digital format. In this way, people between the ages of 14 and 30, both inclusive, interested in obtaining the Carnet Jove can request it online through the website https://ivaj.gva.es/es/carnetjove and will automatically receive the digital card in your email.
