The City Council highlights the ongoing investment in beaches, the improvement of services and sustainability as strategic pillars of the tourism model

Digital transformation and the promotion of the Transparency Portal have been key to positioning Torrevieja as a benchmark in Open Government, Citizen Participation, and Accountability. The City Council will continue to promote new innovation initiatives with the aim of improving public services, strengthening citizen participation, and keeping Torrevieja at the forefront of municipal transparency.

The €32.67 million operation will allow for key projects such as the remodeling of the Eras de la Sal (Salt Mines), the paving of streets, the reorganization of the Port area, the renovation of the La Plasa building, and the Day Center for Alzheimer's patients.

Torrevieja City Council's Councilor for Beaches, Antonio Vidal, reports that the Assisted Bathing Service will remain in operation until September 14th, both in the morning (10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) and in the afternoon (3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.).
