The city currently has 113,453 registered inhabitants from 120 nationalities, reflecting its extraordinary demographic growth in recent years

The Councillor for Coexistence and Integration, Óscar Urtasun, highlighted that in 2025 a total of 630 social integration reports were prepared, which represents an increase of 66% compared to 2024, mainly for Colombian (42%), Russian (20%), and Moroccan (8%) residents.

Among the most anticipated performances is that of Drag Sethlas, two-time winner of the Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Drag Queen Gala and winner of Drag Race Spain.

The Torrevieja City Council continues to work in coordination with the private sector to promote initiatives that strengthen the city's position in the main national and international tourist markets.

The promotional video showcases the profound renewal that the municipality is undergoing, a transformation that maintains the sea, the natural environment and the unique character of Torrevieja as fundamental pillars, and which is materialized in strategic projects spread throughout the city.

The program, which is broadcast in more than 200 countries and has been adapted for more than 50, would offer top-level international exposure for Torrevieja.

More than 55% of Torrevieja's population is between 30 and 69 years old, with a balance maintained between men and women. The international population has increased in the last year, rising from 55,390 to 59,205 residents, representing a considerable growth of 3,815 people.

The Pascual Flores schooner is currently sailing towards Torrevieja where it is scheduled to arrive next Sunday, November 9th, at approximately 1:00 PM, and will be docked at Marina Salinas.
