The Councilor for Culture of the Torrevieja City Council, Antonio Quesada, reports that in the last edition of the Book Fair, last March 29, a donation of a total of 56 role-playing manuals was delivered to be available in the municipal library of Torrevieja. In this way, the "Carmen Jalón" library becomes the first in the province of Alicante with role-playing content and the one with the largest number of bibliographic collections at a national level (according to data from the BNE), becoming a reference from this moment on.

The Councilor for Older People of the Torrevieja City Council, Inmaculada Montesinos, reports that once the deadline for submitting applications to opt for aid for the Elderly has ended (single payment aid for groups vulnerable due to age and with limited economic resources ), 847 people have requested it. Each beneficiary of the aid will be able to collect a maximum of 400 euros, counting a budget item that amounts to 534,092.50 euros. From now on, municipal technicians must review all applications submitted to verify that they meet all the necessary requirements to obtain it.
