The residents of Torrevieja recycled a total of 3,153,867 kilograms of glass containers. This means that each resident recycled an average of 31.4 kilograms of glass. Torrevieja has an average of 100 inhabitants per container, and currently has a total of 996 glass recycling containers installed throughout the municipality.
