Starting at 9:00 a.m., various operational actions will take place, including preventive evacuations in three main scenarios: the International Auditorium (Scenario 1), the CP Nuestra Señora del Rosario (Scenario 2), and the Aquópolis water park (Scenario 3).

The concession is granted for a period of 10 years, with the possibility of two one-year extensions. The City Council is allocating €150,000 in aid to the merchants of the Mercado de Abastos (Central Market) affected by the works.
