The actions will improve accessibility, safety and the general condition of the infrastructure in three of the main coastal areas of the municipality

Torrevieja currently boasts an extensive infrastructure network exceeding 400,000 square meters, primarily integrated within its Sports City. During 2025, Torrevieja experienced significant growth in sports tourism, registering a total of 40,892 participants in events and training camps, representing a 40% increase compared to 2024.

Once again, the gala has been the great celebration of Torrevieja sport, highlighting not only the results, but also the commitment, values and effort of everyone who is part of the Torrevieja sporting family.

This municipal action will allow for the improvement and modernization of local sports facilities, which are heavily used by young people, families, and sports groups.

This edition will recognize the sporting achievements of the 2025 season, with a total of 116 nominated athletes, 13 teams, plus 2 honorable mentions and 3 special mentions.
