Domingo Paredes: "The Super League has made Torrevieja an essential meeting point for thousands of young people, reaffirming our commitment to digital culture, youth employment, and event tourism."

The Torrevieja University Intelligent Tourism Laboratory (TI·LAB), a joint initiative between Torrevieja City Council and the University of Alicante, presented this morning the report "Study on the Use of New Data Sources to Analyze Tourist Behavior in Torrevieja."

The works, which run along 1,247 linear meters of the cantilevered walkway, have an investment of 6,543,733 euros (VAT included).

The event will be attended by the Councilor for Education and Universities, Ricardo Recuerdo, the director of the UNED in Elche, Francisco Escudero, and the author of the book-catalogue published to celebrate this donation. Cristo Riquelme

The YOUNG INNOVATIVE COMPANY program is funded by the Alicante Provincial Council and organized by the Elche CEEI (Center for the Development of Entrepreneurship and Innovation). This program aims to boost the projects of participating entrepreneurs and companies so they can adapt to the new situation, developing new business models and undergoing digital transformation. The Alicante Provincial Council has awarded a grant of €5,674.17 to the Torrevieja City Council to finance the operation of its Municipal Rhythmic Gymnastics School. The grant, approved by the Alicante Provincial Council's Governing Board on June 4 and published in the Alicante Official Gazette (BOP Alicante) number 110, dated June 11, 2025, is part of the province's Grant Plan for Sports Activities for the year 2025.
