From November 1st to 8th, an international sporting event will be held at the Marina Internacional Yacht Club with the participation of 18 teams from five countries: Spain, France, Italy, Portugal and Switzerland.

In a simple and moving ceremony, Eduardo Dolón remembered the young woman from Torrevieja who passed away in 2022 and who was part of the large family of the Department of Sports of the Torrevieja City Council.

The mayor has reported that all the accommodation facilities (habitats) are finished, so this week all the animals from the current shelter will be moved to this new area.

The service will be provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Of the more than 2,000 athletes registered to date, 40% are international, and the rest are from all of Spain's autonomous communities. Incidentally, 80 participants are over 65 years of age.

Eduardo Dolón has stated that the execution of these works in the racket area of the Sports City fulfills the commitment made by the Government team to the citizens of Torrevieja.
