The new building will have capacity for 430 students and 50 AGAMED workers, in two completely different spaces. The base budget for the project's tender amounts to 209,760 euros (VAT included), with the planned investment for the execution of the works to adapt and expand the IES Libertas amounting to 3,149,262 euros.

The city of Torrevieja will join Earth Hour next Saturday, March 22nd, with the switching off of public lighting in five iconic squares: Plaza de la Constitución, Plaza Miguel Hernández, Plaza del Centro Cultural Virgen del Carmen, Plaza de Oriente, and Plaza de Encarnación Puchol de La Mata.
