The winner of this XXXI National Medical Football Championship will compete in the World Cup, which this year will be held in Ireland.

This Friday morning, the Torrevieja City Council (CdT) awarded the 2024 Comprehensive Destination Tourism Quality System (SICTED) distinctions in recognition of the efforts and commitment to the quality of our city's tourism services.

In this second edition, a popular campaign for the presentation of candidacies has been launched, allowing anyone to nominate those they consider worthy of recognition for their career and contribution in the commitment to the care and defense of the rights of women and children, and other actions for the benefit of the community.

Next Friday, April 26, at 11:00 a.m., the “Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Tourism” conference will be held at the CdT in Torrevieja, with the aim of raising awareness of the challenges posed by adequate data management and application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques in the tourism field.

The mayor of Torrevieja, Eduardo Dolón, together with the councilor for Public Health, Prevention and Health Promotion and Consumption, Rosa Cañón, visited this morning the new municipal offices located on the central Clemente Gosálvez street, whose works rehabilitation just finished.

This morning, Wednesday, March 3, in the Plenary Hall of the City Council, the Intersectoral and Participation Table for Community Action in Health was established, chaired by the mayor of Torrevieja, Eduardo Dolón. This table is a fundamental instrument for the local implementation of the Health Promotion and Prevention Strategy in the National Health System.

The overall action will involve an estimated municipal investment of one million euros, and will involve the adaptation and landscaping of this entire space for the enjoyment of citizens.
