The City Council is reopening the seven paddle tennis courts, two frontenis courts, new access control to the facilities, and the construction of a cafeteria at the Sports City.
Eduardo Dolón has stated that the execution of these works in the racket area of the Sports City fulfills the commitment made by the Government team to the citizens of Torrevieja.

Produced by the Sports Museum Association and in collaboration with the UA Headquarters in Torrevieja, the exhibition can be visited until October 19, with free admission, and offers a selection of iconic objects from relevant sportswomen in the world, Spain, local and University of Alicante sports fields.

The regulated parking hours on Ramón Gallud Street will be from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Vehicles may park for a maximum of two hours, with parking controlled by the Local Police license plate reader. Outside of these hours, parking will be prohibited, and starting next Monday, July 7, anyone who fails to comply with the signs will be fined by the local police.

Last Friday, the Torrevieja City Council's Local Government Board approved the tender for the Municipal Sports Schools' transportation contract for trips outside the city. The base tender budget amounts to €117,325.67 (VAT included) for 176 regional, provincial, regional, and national trips.
