The redevelopment of Los Locos beach will create more green spaces, pedestrian areas, trees, street furniture including children's play areas and outdoor fitness areas. The project involves over 1,100 meters of coastal pedestrianization and covers a total area of 21,044.75 square meters.

A total of 327,529 m2 of surface area will be resurfaced on streets and avenues in Torrevieja.
