The Department of Sports of the Torrevieja City Council, the Torrevieja Football Club, the Valencia Football Club and Nitidia Sport have presented what will be the I Clínic Valencia CF - Torrevieja. A sports initiative aimed at boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 16, which will take place at the Ciudad Deportiva facilities, from July 3 to 7.

This coming Sunday, April 2, marks World Autism Awareness Day. For this reason, different activities will take place in Torrevieja organized by the Association of Parents of Students with Special Educational Needs (APANEE), with support, for the third consecutive year, from the Torrevieja City Council.

The first edition of La Vuelta Femenina by Carrefour.es will start from Torrevieja. The Councilor for Local Police, Mobility and Traffic, Federico Alarcón, reports that intelligent traffic signals are already working in order to increase road safety in some parts of the city of Torrevieja. In this way, they have been placed in different locations on Avenida Gregorio Marañón and Avenida Desiderio Rodríguez, among others.
