Grand productions such as “Dulcinea” – with Paloma San Basilio – “Better Not Say It” – with Imanol Arias –, “A View from the Bridge” and “The Threepenny Opera”; in addition to the comedy of Juan Dávila, David Domínguez and Comandante Lara; the magic of The Invisible Magician; the concerts of Sidecars, Abraham Cupeiro and the ABBA tribute, and other varied shows with local talent, make up the program of the May-August 2026 season of Cultura Torrevieja.

From March 28th to April 6th, the Vista Alegre promenade will host a well-established cultural event featuring 15 booths, 23 emerging writers, and the participation of Javier Sierra and Paloma Sánchez-Garnica. As in previous years, all purchases made at the booths during the fair will receive a 10% discount, facilitating access to reading and promoting cultural consumption.

The Passion Concert will transport the audience to the essence of Holy Week through processional music on Saturday, March 21, at the Municipal Theatre. "Music for Hitler" revives a key episode in the life of Pau Casals with a top-notch cast led by Carlos Hipólito and Goya Award winner Kiti Mánver. It will take place on Sunday, March 22, also at the Municipal Theatre.

On June 7, the zarzuela "Marina" will offer a story of love and tradition with a live orchestra. On June 19, "The Threepenny Opera," starring Coque Malla, will bring a contemporary version of this musical theater classic.
