The program has been organized in collaboration with the Department of Social Welfare, the Torrevieja Diversa association, the University of Alicante, and various social and cultural entities in the municipality. The Vista Alegre Promenade will be the setting, on July 4th, for the grand closing party of Torrevieja Pride 2026, featuring performances, music, and shows until the early hours, with artists, drag queens, DJs, and performers offering a night of celebrating diversity open to residents and visitors. On June 30th, the Virgen del Carmen Cultural Center will host the talk and discussion "Pride with Meaning," organized by the University of Alicante's Torrevieja branch and presented by researcher and specialist José Vázquez-González.

Over the past two decades, the Theatre has welcomed more than 600,000 spectators, hosted over 1,500 performances (including more than 30 musicals), and featured the participation of over 50 cultural and musical organizations from Torrevieja. Guided tours of the building's interior, staged readings by the Municipal Theatre School, and a retrospective exhibition will commemorate the most emblematic moments of these twenty years. The Mayor of Torrevieja, Eduardo Dolón, stated that "for twenty years, the Municipal Theatre has been a meeting place, a hub of creativity and community, a space that has accompanied the cultural growth of our city and will continue to play a leading role in its future."

The project envisions the construction of a 700-square-meter building spread over two floors, along with the development and improvement of a plot of approximately 1,900 square meters, creating a new landmark space for the San Roque neighborhood.
