The city council is promoting a pioneering project called “Accompanying to Integrate”, which places the child at the center of the entire process, eliminating administrative barriers and accelerating access to essential public services.

The program, funded by the Alicante Provincial Council, promotes the free development of children without gender constraints.

More than 100 workers, 87 pieces of specialized machinery, and a fleet of 74 vehicles ensure the daily maintenance of green spaces. The commitment to sustainability, with electric machinery and low-impact systems, defines the service's management model. The Councilor for Parks and Gardens, Concha Sala, has announced the creation of several work teams that will be distributed across all areas and has also announced the start of a series of renovations in existing areas such as the Parque de las Naciones (Park of Nations).

The project will transform the “Alto de la Casilla” into a large, iconic green space for the city. The offer includes improvements such as new shaded areas, universal children's play equipment, and an extended warranty period.

The City Council emphasizes that the city will continue to maintain a broad cultural, musical and tourist program throughout the year.
