The students actively participated in the environmental recovery of the space with the removal of 1 ton of invasive exotic species, specifically, Carpobrotus acinaciformis

The Councilor for the Environment of the Torrevieja City Council, Antonio Vidal, together with the Councilor for Education, Ricardo Recuero, the director-conservator of the Lagunas de La Mata-Torrevieja Natural Park, Francisco Martínez, and the deputy manager of AGAMED, Gemma Cruz , have presented this morning the planting and regeneration activities that will be carried out on the occasion of the celebration of Tree Day 2024. Some actions that will take place on January 31 and February 1, for schoolchildren from all centers Torrevieja schools.

The Councilor for Education of the Torrevieja City Council, Ricardo Recuero, and the president of the Rotary Club Torrevieja, María Ángeles Pérez, have presented this morning the Scholarships for Academic Excellence for high school students and training cycles that are launched from the association.

This new center of prefabricated classrooms has a double-line profile (6 classrooms for infant education and 12 for primary), being able to accommodate a total of 486 students, also having all the necessary equipment for its operation, including a school cafeteria and two classrooms for 2-year-old students

A total of 456 students are summoned to these EBAU tests from IES de Torrevieja, Guardamar del Segura, San Miguel de Salinas, Los Montesinos, Pilar de la Horadada and Dehesa de Campoamor

These conferences will feature talks and workshops by leading Mental Health professionals such as Berta Villagordo, Esther Lledó, Begoña Cabrera, Miguel Jesús Sánchez and Pepe Riquelme, who will talk about the management of mental health problems faced by children and adolescents.
